BEEF from our family to yours…
We are a third-generation beef ranch situated in New Plymouth, Idaho. Since 1959, we have been diligently choosing high-quality mother cows to expand our commercial beef herd. Our breeding program incorporates purebred Angus and Hereford bulls to maintain consistency and enhance taste. For processing, we rely on the USDA-inspected facility at Northwest Premium Meats in Nampa, Idaho. Through a custom butcher shop, we ensure top-notch quality for our customers!

The Shoemaker Lazy S Ranch has been established in New Plymouth, Idaho since 1959. Initially, we had sold some of our beef to close friends and family. Upon receiving positive feedback about the quality of our meat, we decided to start selling directly to consumers a few years ago. Everything we sell is born and raised here!
